how to be a corporate hippie

(Witchery shirt, thrifted skirt, Wittner leopard print heels, bag from markets)

I find that the easiest way to incorporate your own style into an office-appropriate outfit is with the deft application of unexpected accessories. This Tibetan-style sling comes courtesy of a local fete, and the leopard print heels are always a favourite, and never fail to invoke laughter and fun-poking from the silly boys at work who don't understand fashion. They're so adorably clueless.

How do you personalise your work outfits? Do you have a strict dress code or are you allowed to dress more casually?

  1. Love the whole outfit! I am not very fond of leopard print normally but it looks just perfect in here.

  3. I like the idea of corporate hippie, especially being a Californian. at my last job I was working at a formal place so I snuck in my hippie via accessories. I love scarfs and jewelry. Like you I also added a little pop of color so stirs things up especially with the greys and blacks I tend to wear to work. So nice to catch up with your blog today.
