A very casual work outfit today, I'm glad I work in marketing where anything goes.

In other news, I've made it a whole week without any significant carbs on the South Beach diet. One more week and I can start adding them back in *woot*. However, I'm starting to think I might prefer to do more of a natural diet than avoiding all carbs. I can't say that this diet has made me feel super-amazing or anything. Has anyone tried going organic, vegetarian, or vegan? Any tips for me?

    I was vegetarian for 8 years. Now I do eat meat, but mainly follow a veggie diet, if that makes sense? The main thing I do is try to eat as "clean" as possible, avoiding anything overly processed; it works, most of the time and I can tell a difference when I'm slack with it!

  2. I love your ring! I'm Vegetarian but I'm a very bad Vegetarian, I don't get all the proper nutrients and I'm anemic so I need to take iron supplements. But I'm working on changing all of that!
